Welcome to Nails by Lindsay located in Dundalk, MD— a space created with care, intention, and a passion for helping you unwind. Here, it’s more than just nails — it’s about the experience. Whether you’re here for a fresh set, a quiet moment, or a break from your day, my goal is to create a calm, private space where you can relax, recharge, and feel truly cared for. Free snacks and beverages Policies Appointments & Booking • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • Deposits go toward your total service cost. • Deposits are non-refundable. • You may use your deposit to reschedule once, as long as you provide at least 24 hours’ notice • Please use the online booking site whenever possible to ensure accurate timing and availability. • While DMs are welcome, my schedule is very busy and messages may be missed. • All desired services must be booked in advance to be guaranteed. •I understand that things happen, but please be mindful when scheduling appointments and ensure they can be kept. Cancellation policy • A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 20% of the booked service. • Future appointments may only be booked up to one month in advance. Late Policy • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. • After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee may apply and/or services may be adjusted due to time constraints (including reduced services or simpler designs). Nail Repairs • Complimentary repairs are available within 5 days of your appointment. • After 5 days, repair fees of $5–$15 apply. • Repairs are not offered after 3 weeks; a fill-in appointment will be required. Guests & Refunds • Please limit to one guest due to space. • Children are welcome if not disruptive. • No refunds; leaving the salon indicates satisfaction. Re-services are at my discretion.
